<br>JSP eligibility and when to claim<br>

<br>A DSP client whose payments have been suspended/ cancelled go back to work (RTW) can declare an alternate payment when:<br>
<br>- they are still working 30 or more hours per week, and
- their earnings falls below the JSP earnings test cut-off<br>
